Quick answers

I forgot my password.

For coach and manager accounts created by your gym owner, password reset isn't self-serve — ask your owner to regenerate it from Settings → Team. For owner accounts (which use a real email), a reset flow is coming soon; in the meantime, email us and we'll handle it manually.

I'm not getting push notifications.

Open Settings → Notifications and confirm the relevant kinds (DMs, new tasks, comments, announcements) are toggled on. Also check the iOS Settings app → Atlas Operations → Notifications and confirm system-level permissions are granted. If both look right and pushes still aren't arriving, email us with the gym name and a recent example.

How do I add or remove a coach?

If you're the gym owner, go to Settings → Team Members. Tap Add to provision a new coach — you'll get a sign-in email and one-time password to share with them. Tap Remove to expose Remove buttons next to each existing teammate; you'll be asked to type "delete" to confirm.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Settings → Delete my account. Type "delete" and tap OK. This is permanent and removes your auth, push devices, tasks, and personal Atlas conversations. Comments and chat messages stay in shared history but are anonymized. Owners with active team members are asked to remove the team first.

How do I onboard my gym?

Email us with your gym name and a contact — we'll set up your gym and provision your owner account. Self-serve onboarding is coming.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Yes — atlas.galvanizedoperations.com/privacy. It covers what we collect, how we use it, our sub-processors (Supabase, Anthropic, OpenAI, PostHog, Apple Push), and your rights to deletion and access.

Found a bug?

Email us with: a one-line summary, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and any error message you saw. If you can include a screenshot or a screen recording, even better. We triage in order of received.

Feature request?

We're building Atlas in tight feedback loops with our pilot gyms. Email what you'd want to see and we'll either ship it, explain why we won't, or put it on the public roadmap. No request goes unanswered.
